Help Center
Our Help Center is the quickest way to answer many of the most common questions you may have. To start, we highly recommend reading your community's respective pages from the Learn About Your Property tab.
Submit a Ticket
There are three ways to submit a support ticket to our team:
- From the Help Center, click "Submit a Request" in the upper right-hand of the page
- Email us at help@gohaywire.com to submit a request
- If you have a client zone account, submit a ticket from the "Support" tab. Our team will follow-up via email.

Normal Support Hours
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Holiday Support Hours
Our Customer Support Team is available on all holidays. Limited support is available between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM on the holidays listed below:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
