Towne View - Equipment Restart Procedures

Towne View has two different equipment configurations. To restart the Haywire equipment in your apartment, identify the correct configuration for your unit, and follow the appropriate steps listed below:

Instructions

Setup A (Enclosure in Unit)

  • Locate your equipment enclosure. It is a white box, usually found by your patio door.
     
  • Unplug the power cord coming out of the box from the nearby outlet. (see picture).
Your equipment enclosure may instead be plugged into an outlet inside the enclosure.
  • After 15 seconds, plug the power cord back in.
     
  • Wait 3 minutes for the Haywire equipment to start.

 

Setup B (No Enclosure in Unit)

  • Locate your ONT. It is a black square provided to you by the leasing office (see picture).
  • Unplug the power cord from either the ONT or the outlet in the wall.
     
  • After 15 seconds, plug the power cord back in.
     
  • Wait 3 minutes for the Haywire equipment to start.
