This guide demonstrates how to setup your Haywire internet equipment when supplied by the leasing office. If you have not received or do not already have Haywire equipment in your unit, please contact our support team (help@gohaywire.com) to schedule an installation appointment.

Instructions

• Power-on the supplied ONT using the provided USB-C power cable (shown in white).
   
• Connect the fiber optic cable to the fiber wall jack and the fiber port on the ONT (shown in yellow/green).

• Send an email to help@gohaywire.com with the 4-digit ID on the back of the ONT (shown here as XXXX).
