Lumen - Equipment Restart Procedures

To restart the Haywire equipment in your apartment, follow the steps of one of the methods listed below:

Instructions

Method A (Access to Enclosure)

  • Locate your equipment enclosure. It is a white box, usually found in a closet or laundry room (see picture 1).

  • Open the box. 
     
  • Unplug all power cords from the outlet at the bottom of the enclosure (see picture 2).

 

  • After 15 seconds, plug the power cords back in.
     
  • Wait 3 minutes for the Haywire equipment to start.

 

Method B (Access to Breaker)

  • Locate your apartment's breaker panel..
     
  • Find the breaker switch associated with your unit's Haywire equipment.
     
  • Flip the switch off and back on.
     
  • Wait 3 minutes for the Haywire equipment to start.

 

Method C (Using the eero App)

  • Open the eero App and tap Settings in the bottom-right corner.
     
  • Tap Advanced networking.
     
  • At the top of the page, tap the (more options icon), then tap Restart Network and confirm.
