As an initial step to troubleshoot poor network performance or a service outage, a restart of your Haywire internet equipment is recommended. While no direct way of restarting is accessible at Harness Factory Lofts, you can request a remote restart by contacting our support team:
Submit a Ticket
There are three ways to submit a support ticket to our team:
- From the Help Center, click "Submit a Request" in the upper right-hand of the page
- Email us at help@gohaywire.com to submit a request
- If you have a client zone account, submit a ticket from the "Support" tab. Our team will follow-up via email.
