What if my bill isn't paid on time?
If a bill is not paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice, a $5 late fee will be applied and must be paid alongside your overdue balance. If there are factors out of your control that are preventing a payment from being made on time, let our support team know in order to resolve the situation.
Can I get an extension on my overdue invoice?
You can receive an extension on your invoice's due date by contacting our support team and requesting one. Extended invoices will still be considered late and are subject to a late fee.
Can I get my bill sent to me in the mail?
We do not offer a paper option for billing, we are an internet company after all. In the client zone, you can can download a PDF version of any bill and print that out; it will include your name and current service address.
Where do I go to make payments?
This will depend on whether or not we send bills directly to your inbox each month. You can check your location's billing style on the main page of the client zone.
If there is a pending balance available to pay on your account, you can add a payment method in your Settings and make a payment from there. You can also skip the customer portal and make payments directly through the link attached to your invoices' email reminders.
If the customer portal lists a blank balance being due each month and you have not received an invoice from us in your email, your internet bill will be tied to your monthly rent or utility bill. Any inquiries regarding plan pricing and billing for internet service will need to be directed to your apartment's leasing office.
How do I cancel?
If you need to cancel your Haywire service, simply fill out the cancellation form or follow the cancellation link in the sidebar of your client zone.
