When receiving invoices for your internet service, you have the option to make a one-time payment directly through your email instead of logging into your client zone account. While this option does make for a faster way to manually pay your bill, keep in mind that any credit card or bank accounts added through this method will not be considered for auto-pay.
Instructions
- In the email of the invoice you'd like to pay, select "PAY ONLINE."
- Verify the amount entered is correct, then select "Pay with card."
- Enter the relevant information for your credit card or bank account and select "Pay." If you have previously made payments to a service using Link, you will see them appear as a saved payment method here. Alternatively, you can skip saving your info to Link with the "Pay without link" option at the bottom of the page.
