The way you pay for bill depends on if your billing is managed through Haywire or your leasing office. Here's how to determine how you'll pay your bill:
For Active Customers
Log in to your client zone and navigate to Billing, then Invoices.
- If the Invoices show the total amount owed for your service plan, the billing is Haywire-managed
- You will pay your bill by selecting "Pay all" from the Dashboard or by navigating to Billing and paying each invoice individually - see more about setting up your payments here.
- If the Invoices show a $0.00 amount owed for your service plan, the billing is Leasing-managed.*
For Prospective Customers
- Navigate to gohaywire.com and click on the "Get Started" button.
- Fill in the details for your community's location and hit "Next".
- Scroll down to the "Service Plan" section on the page and look under "Available Service Plans"
- If the Available Service Plans shows the pricing, the billing will be Haywire-managed
- If the Available Service Plans only shows the service plan without pricing and says "Billing for internet service is managed by the leasing office at your location", the billing will be Leasing-managed.*
*Any inquiries regarding plan pricing and billing for internet service will need to be directed to your apartment's leasing office.
